Purpose
All real estate and personal property in the Village of Arena is assessed annually. The purpose of a property assessment is to assure that all property in the village is valued fairly and equitably for taxing purposes. The Village of Arena has contracted with Chimney Rock Appraisal to assess real estate and personal property in the village. Open Book will be held in the Spring at the Arena Village Hall, 345 West Street. Date will be posted once determined. Open Book provides property owners an opportunity to meet with the Assessor to discuss their assessment. If you have questions, contact the Village Clerk at (608) 753-2133.
